Delivery & Pickup FAQs

What is your local delivery radius?

We currently deliver fresh treats within a 10-mile radius of our Bothell home studio. This covers the Bothell, Mill Creek, Shoreline, Kirkland, Bellevue, Edmonds, Everett, Redmond, and North Seattle areas. Extended delivery is available for large events at an additional fee.

Is there a minimum order for delivery?

Yes, there is a minimum of 2 dozen treats per order for delivery. There is no minimum order for pickup.

Can I choose a specific delivery time?

During checkout, you can select a 1-hour window for your delivery. We strive to be as precise as possible, and you will receive a text notification once our driver is on their way with your fresh sweets.

Where exactly is the Thrasher's Corner pickup point?

Our pickup point is located at our home baking location just beyond the Safeway of the Thrasher's Corner shopping center. Check your order confirmation email for a precise pin location and pickup instructions.

What if I'm not home when the delivery arrives?

Since our treats are perishable, we recommend being home. If you're not available, we'll leave your order in a safe, shaded spot if one is available. Satellite Sweet Shop is not responsible for treats left unattended after delivery.
